Jacques & Dihya

Why live a life bottled up...?

L’Eau Libre was born from a desire to escape the beigeness of the bourgeoisie. The privileged can become so absorbed in the theatre of shallow impressions, tasteless gatekeeping, and the glorification of lanes and lawns. Let us revolt against this stinking performance.

L’Eau Libre is a small, independent fragrance brand, unbound by ideology or nation. Wear your story. Unleash your politics.

Throughout history, freedom seekers have walked this earth, emerging from countless cultures and corners of the world. Why confine ourselves to borders and boxes? Each fragrance created by L’Eau Libre is inspired by an iconoclast, from recent history to antiquity.

Because we want not only to liberate ourselves but also to contribute to a more equitable world, 21% of our profits are donated to charities aligned with each story of liberation.

Fragrances Overview

Discover our debut duo

Fundamentally, fragrances are unisex. What is masculine to some might be feminine to others. Wear what you are drawn to and what makes you feel good.

That said, we adopt the gender associated with the character whose story the fragrance unbottles. Our first release tells the story of two distinct characters, each of whom possesses both masculine and feminine traits.

Jacques

What better way to express masculinity than through a feminine dandy? Jacques is unbothered by the narratives imposed by conservatives, following their contrarian intuition.

Dihya

What better way to express femininity than through a warrior? Dihya is unbowed by the patriarchy, rising against oppression and trusting their strategic mind.

L’Eau Libre wants to exist offline as much as possible. We therefore ask you to share your mobile number or email address, so we can invite you to talks, fragrance workshops, and other inspiring events.

The meaning of “unbottling” and the pursuit of liberation serve as the core themes for exploring art and culture. We deliberately limit our social media presence. This brand is for those who know, and for those looking for a genuine connection with fellow freethinkers.
